Community Housing Partnership started in 1996 when local lenders, real-estate agents and others saw a growing need. They developed classes for new homeowners and eventually obtained three properties – Northgate Community Apartments, Northgate Community Apartments and Byron Apartments – which help provide affordable housing in the county.
