An obscure real estate investor who poured $ 66 million into an ultraluxury condo tower rising on Billionaire's Row has lost a last-gasp attempt to hold onto his stake in the project. A New York state appellate court rejected a request for a restraining order by Richard Bianco's firm AmBase to block a foreclosure by one of the project's mezzanine lenders, Spruce Capital.
