McWhinney on Aug. 15 won a $ 42 million judgment against Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers-Centerra, LLC of Memphis, Tenn., after a battle in Larimer County District Court that started in 2011. The Loveland-based company discovered additional acts of alleged fraud during the discovery process in the first lawsuit and on Nov. 8 filed a second claim in Larimer County, court records indicate.
