Pottawatomie County Counselor John Watt said Monday a tax foreclosure sale is scheduled tentatively for Aug. 3 in the Pott County Justice Center. Presently, there are 17 tracts to be auctioned for delinquent property taxes, although there's a possibility taxes on three tracts will be paid prior to the sale, Watt said.
