The goal of the auction is promote home ownership while also improving existing neighborhoods, according to Seth Piccirillo, Director of Community Development Code Enforcement in Niagara Falls. 10 homes will be sold a fraction of their value by the city, who owns the proprieties due to tax foreclosures.
