New Jerseyans have a new top complaint when it comes to buying goods and services, according to the state agency that enforces consumer protection laws. The Division of Consumer Affairs has released a breakdown of the 7,656 formal complaints it received in 2016 as part of an awareness campaign for National Consumer Protection Week.
