The Arena sports bar in downtown Ann Arbor is heading to public foreclosure auction in August after the owners failed to pay the mortgage on the property located at 201 E. Washington St. A legal notice was issued July 21 that shows the loan on the property is in default to the tune of $ 761,086.51. The property will be auctioned to the highest bidder at 10 a.m. on Aug. 18 at the Washtenaw County Courthouse.
