Housing in the Baltimore area saw some of its strongest price appreciation in a year in March, with homes in Baltimore City leading the way, according to a new report released Monday. The median sales price in the region increased a moderate 3.2 percent year-over-year to $ 237,350, as sales increased and the number of homes on the market declined, the report by ShowingTime RBI said.
