A Gardner bank has filed a complaint for the authority to foreclose on the current Main Street location of Beemers Pub & Grill, according to records from the Fitchburg Registry of Deeds. The downtown bar and restaurant opened to fanfare at its current location on 310 Main Street just under a year ago, after its prior River Street location was destroyed in a March 2015 fire.
