The sale of 41703 Metz Road, also known as the Copeland Hills Golf Club, is scheduled for noon on May 3. The 125-acre property is currently owned by The Copeland Group LLC, which took out a $ 1.6 million loan in February of 2006 through Home Savings and Loan in Youngstown. The auction is the result of a foreclosure suit filed in 2012 by former Columbiana County Treasurer Nick Barborak in the county Common Pleas Court against The Copeland Group of Westlake, Ohio.
