As of February, 6 percent were late on their payments by at least 30 days compared to 7.5 percent a year earlier, CoreLogic reported Tuesday. Borrowers who were seriously delinquent — at least 90 days late – fell to 3.4 percent in February from 4.9 percent the same month a year ago.
