One of the biggest sets of questions from my clients who have been involved in a short sale, foreclosure or bankruptcy is, “When can I buy again after my short sale, foreclosure or bankruptcy?” They tell me they get a variety of answers from different lenders. The reason for that is many lenders add or modify the core or base rules from the Government Sponsored Agencies that lend money to consumers so they can buy homes.
