Real estate experts will begin canvassing Cuyahoga County neighborhoods next week for the six-year, state-required reappraisal that will determine future property taxes. County Council is expected on Oct. 10 to approve paying more than $ 2.3 million to 44 state-certified appraisers who will determine what home and business owners will pay in property taxes in 2019.
