If your name was in the March 29 edition of The Free Press, the Lenoir County Tax Department is waiting to see you. The tax department placed a legally required ad in The Free Press last week listing a total of 4,303 property owners who missed the Jan. 6 deadline to pay property taxes and have still not paid up.
