Colorado Springs-area foreclosure activity, which has slowed as the single-family housing market has taken off, plunged to a nearly 16-year low last month, according to a report Monday by the El Paso County Public Trustee's Office. Foreclosure notices sent to residential and commercial property owners totaled just 80 in July, a 44.1 percent drop from the same month last year the Public Trustee's report showed.
