Real estate agents have sold more homes in Jefferson and St. Lawrence counties during the third quarter last year than any other third quarter in the past four years as more home buyers secure stable employment. Third quarter median home prices for both counties, however, fell to their lowest level during that time span as homes, particularly foreclosures, have sold at lower prices.
