Court actions this week put Medical Mutual of Ohio one step closer to buying its downtown Cleveland headquarters building – a deal that would keep the insurer's central offices in the center city. Medical Mutual recently offered to pay $ 37.9 million for the Rose Building and annex, the historic office complex where the company is the sole tenant.
