Investor Abraham Schwartz purchased the 88,631-square-foot building at 520 Broadhollow Road for $ 22 million and the 77,872-square-foot building at 1660 Walt Whitman Road located right behind 520 Broadhollow for $ 15 million from Montvale, N.J.-based Ivy Realty Services as part of a 1031 exchange in a deal that closed on August 15, according to real estate industry sources. The two buildings had been part of three-property portfolio known as Reckson Portfolio II that had been majority-owned by a fund controlled by private-equity investment firm Blackstone Group and managed by Uniondale-based RXR Realty.
