A 74-year-old Mosinee man pleaded guilty Friday to one felony for bilking a friend who financed his “house flipping” company out of more than $ 500,000, according to online Marathon County court records. James Dupuis pleaded guilty to theft in a business setting of more than $ 10,000 in a plea deal that calls for a deferred entry of conviction for one year, court records said.
