New Jersey Senate President Stephen Sweeney won't rule out revisiting legislation that could threaten a source of revenue for the state's newspapers and cost up to 300 jobs. The bill would eliminate a requirement that legal notices for such things as foreclosures, proposed ordinances, and public contracts be printed in newspapers.
