The selection of homes for sale is shrinking on the Peninsula in some price ranges as buyers snap up quality affordable homes, real estate agents say. Overall on the Peninsula, residential listings dropped 6.5 percent to 3,454 in July compared to July 2015, according to the Hampton Roads Real Estate Information Network Inc.'s data.
