The Montgomery County, Pa., real estate investment firm that defaulted on a $ 56 million mortgage for the former DHL distribution center in Upper Macungie Township has agreed to allow lender U.S. Bank to foreclose. In a court filing this week, U.S. Bank and Bryn Mawr-based HSP Lehigh Valley Warehouse said the commercial real estate firm had agreed to cooperate in the foreclosure sale of the half-million-square-foot warehouse at 910 Nestle Way as part of a settlement.
