A long-overdue cleanup of Memphis' tallest building is on the horizon with vacant 100 North Main in receivership and scheduled to be sold on the Shelby County Courthouse steps Friday. After 24 delays in Shelby County Environmental Court in the past year, owners were put on notice in late October that the prime lender is foreclosing on the property.
