A statewide program called 'Step Forward' is helping residents avoid foreclosure and get caught up with mortgage payments through no-interest loans. The Brownell-Holmes Neighborhood Association, in partnership with Leadership NOW and other community organizations unveiled a new mobile library in a new park at the corner of Oxley and Janice Drive in Flint.
