Officials from the “twin cities” of Tonawanda and North Tonawanda are setting out Saturday, to try a new approach in the struggle against “zombie homes”. It is an outreach program they are calling “Tea & Talk” because they are setting up shop at “Pulp 716”, a comic book emporium, on Webster Street in North Tonawanda, that also serves gourmet coffee and its trademark “bubble tea”.
