When Gov. Christie turfed his presidential campaign in such spectacular fashion, it was the hope of many that perhaps he might finally show up and do his damn job addressing New Jersey's problems, of which there are many. We're in a perpetual state of fiscal crisis, we're amongst the nation's leaders in home foreclosures, our bridges, tunnels and the choo-choo trains that use them are in an alarming state of disrepair.
