The University Mall in South Burlington is now in foreclosure as the owners try to get out from under massive debt in hopes of redeveloping the property. Mall owner Todd Finard confirmed to WCAX News that his company would default on a $ 92 million loan and the 55-acre property would likely be repossessed by the end of the year.
