The Worcester Regional Transit Authority is proposing service changes to multiple routes, including a proposal to eliminate direct service to the Greendale Mall and the Greendale YMCA. “Ridership has been relatively the same for the last three years; we're not seeing any growth on it at all,” said Jonathan E.
