Blac Chyna, nee Angela Renee White, has escalated her legal war the Kardashians, filing a lawsuit against the entire Kardashian family for allegedly “slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show.” The ex-fiancee of Robert Kardashian, Jr. and mother of their daughter Dream Renee says Rob, Kris, Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall, and Kylie were all responsible for the cancellation of Rob & Chyna, as revenge for their split.
The suit comes a few weeks after Rob filed his own lawsuit, accusing Chyna of using him and his family for financial gain, and three months after Chyna obtained a temporary restraining order on Rob after he published sexually explicit images of her on social media.
Famous Flexing Family
Rob’s lawsuit claims the show’s cancellation was a mutual decision by the E! Network and the Kardashian family, and the Kardashians have described the cancellation as being in Rob’s best interest. But Chyna alleges instead, “the famous family was flexing their muscles so as to destroy Ms. White’s career so that she was no longer able to compete against the Kardashian-Jenner women as an entrepreneur and social media influencer.”
According to the suit, Rob & Chyna had “stellar” ratings and the series premiere for season two draw around 1.4 million viewers, which is about the same viewership as recent seasons of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. One of Chyna’s legal claims is for interference with contractual relations, based on the family’s alleged torpedoing of the show.
Copious Legal Claims
Her other claims include defamation, as she is accusing the Kardashians of leaking false stories about her to the media. One such story claimed she allegedly left Dream at home to go party, all while demanding over $ 50,000 per month in child support. The suit, filed in Los Angeles, includes renewed claims of assault, battery, and domestic violence as well.
