Charlotte's real estate market ranks 60th out of 300 markets, according to a WalletHub 2016 ranking. The city ranked 15th best in affordability and economic environment, and 78th in real estate market, which takes into account home-price appreciation, days on the market, and rates of underwater homes, foreclosures, mortgage delinquencies and rent-to-sale prices.
