Three properties in Glynn County – 7 and 9 10th St. and 100 Butts Road – and four properties in Brunswick – 2227 and 2229 Amherst St. and 1023 and 1025 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. – will become land bank properties, assuming a due diligence period shows no complications, and the county finance department transfers tax deeds. Additionally, the owner of five properties in the former Liberty Harbor development near the Sidney Lanier Bridge expressed interest in donating the plats to the land bank.
