Oregon Pacific Banking asked for nearly $ 1 million in a complaint filed in the Douglas County Circuit Court Monday, claiming that the winery did not pay back a series of loans. The complaint states the winery owners, including John and Carolyn Olson, agreed to the collateral that would be transferred to the bank if the loans were not repaid, including the winery's property on Hess Lane, all of the winery's equipment, wine, grapes, goods and other personal property.
