Already awaiting trial on charges that he bilked millions from investors , the CEO of the now defunct VisionQuest is trying to save his home – arguing in federal court that foreclosure proceedings could also harm alleged victims if he's convicted. In court filings late Wednesday, attorneys for Stephen Peters asked a federal judge to intervene and force the government to stay proceedings to foreclose on the Theys Road home that Peters shares with his wife and children.
