Three Anaheim residents and a Chino man are among seven defendants facing bribery allegations tied to a Nevada nonprofit created to deal with the national housing foreclosure crisis. According to an indictment unsealed this week at a federal courthouse in Las Vegas, Anaheim residents Benjamin Stuelke, 35, Michelle Acosta, 33, and Art Acosta, 55, are facing fourteen felony counts, including conspiracy and bribery concerning programs receiving federal funds.
