Connecticut saw slight improvements in the numbers of homeowners under foreclosure proceedings, with the state's “inventory” of foreclosed properties down more than a quarter from September 2015 according to CoreLogic. For the 12-month period through September 2016, lenders completed foreclosures on about 2,450 residences in Connecticut, compared to more than 4,800 in the previous 12-month stretch through September 2015 as tracked by CoreLogic.
