A man who was extradited from Ireland was arraigned on mortgage fraud and identity theft charges this week in federal court in Boston, according to a US Attorney's Office statement. Federal prosecutors allege that Patrick Lee, a 44-year-old dual US-Irish citizen who used to live in Canton and Easton and has been living in Ireland since 2007, participated in a mortgage fraud scheme between 2005 and 2007, the statement said.
