The holder of the $ 30 million mortgage on two Watertown apartment complexes and another in the village of Clayton has filed foreclosure proceedings. The mortgage holder, Midland National Life Insurance Company, Sioux City, S.D., filed the foreclosure on Dec. 14 against the operators of Truscott Terrace on Wealtha Avenue, Mountaineer Estates on Michigan Avenue and Lonsway Hill apartments in Clayton.
