The number of home foreclosures in Franklin County declined for the sixth year in a row in 2015, falling 30 percent, according to data released Monday. The office of Clerk of Courts Maryellen O’Shaughnessy reported 3,803 homes were foreclosed on, compared with 5,460 in 2014.
