The owner of Beemers Pub & Grill may be behind on mortgage payments, but the Main Street restaurant and bar is still serving — and plans to stay that way — an attorney representing the business said Tuesday. The announcement comes after Colonial Co-operative Bank of Gardner filed a complaint for the authority to foreclose upon 310 Main St., which has been the location of Beemers Pub & Grill for just under a year.
