The city acquired this Cuyler Brownville house at 620 W. 42nd St. in 2005 and is considering demolishing it and offering the property for sale to an adjoining property owner for additional yard space due to the small lot size. The house was purchased as part of a neighborhood redevelopment plan that city officials said stalled with the passage of new state restrictions governing eminent domain.
