The number of residential and commercial properties that fell into foreclosure in Colorado Springs and surrounding communities totaled 79 last month, a roughly 20% drop from April 2017, a report by the El Paso County Public Trustee's Office shows. Through the first four months of this year, local foreclosure notices totaled 314, down 18.4% on a year-over-year basis.
