The National Fair Housing Alliance filed new evidence Wednesday in an existing federal Fair Housing Act complaint against Deutche Bank, alleging the bank engaged in racial bias in maintaining foreclosed homes it owns. The NFHA added more properties to a complaint first filed in February, 2014, alleging the organization neglected homes in many working-class minority neighborhoods in 30 communities across the country, including Toledo.
