A foreclosure suit between the owners of the Chase South Tower in downtown Baton Rouge and U.S. Bank National Association has been settled, canceling the sale of the 21-story office building. According to court documents filed in U.S. District Court in Baton Rouge, on Aug. 11 U.S. Bank assigned its rights to TCG Chase Tower Holdings LLC, a new entity that took over the mortgage of the office building.
