A local real estate investor is going to prison for his role in a bid-rigging scheme that defrauded homeowners whose properties were foreclosed on during the height of the recession. Glenn Guillory, 61, of Windemere Diablo Realty in Walnut Creek, was sentenced in Northern California District Court to 18 months in prison, three years of supervised release and $ 20,000 in fines.
