A New York-based developer is planning a 17-story building with 170 hotel suites and 61 residential units just north of the George Washington Bridge. The Board of Adjustment is scheduled to hear continued testimony on the proposal Tuesday as part of its decision whether to grant SMA Development Group several variances related to building height, residential density and parking.
