CoreLogic data reveals that the rate of Fort Smith, Ark., area foreclosures among outstanding mortgage loans was 1.18% for July 2016, a decrease of 0.13 percentage points compared with July 2015 when the rate was 1.31%. Also in Fort Smith, the mortgage delinquency rate decreased.
