Dan Kelley of Pawcatuck, the lone announced Democratic candidate for the 18th District state Senate seat held by Republican Heather Somers is the subject of an Elections Enforcement Commission complaint for listing a Groton address as his residence on the candidate registration form he filed with the state. The complaint was filed by Mystic Realtor Bonnie Nault, who said she showed the house to a prospective buyer on Jan. 18. She said in her complaint that the house at 48 Old Farm Road in Groton is completely vacant and was taken over in foreclosure last fall.
