Williams II and Nicole R. Williams, for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage granted to Mechanics Savings Bank by Douglas M. Williams II and Nicole R. Williams on December 21, 2006, and recorded in the Knox County Registry of Deeds in Book 3732, Page 304.
