Almost a decade after Metro Orlando’s real estate crash first began, the region ended 2015 with the nation’s ninth highest rate of foreclosure filings, according to a new report from RealtyTrac. Within Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake counties last year, 16,867 foreclosure actions were filed in the courts, or one filing for every 56 houses.
