One of the state's top real estate brokers is facing larceny charges after attempting to sell nearly half a million dollars' worth of household items from a foreclosed home, police said. Barbara Morris , of Ridgefield, a 66-year-old real estate broker specializing in foreclosed homes, is accused of attempting to sell off $ 405,000 worth of items that were stolen from a foreclosed home she was in charge of managing on Olmstead Hill Road.
